Benita Kibonge is an accomplished litigation attorney with extensive experience representing businesses, corporations, healthcare institutions, and professionals in complex civil and commercial disputes. Her practice focuses on healthcare litigation and professional liability, product liability, and appellate advocacy. She manages matters through every stage of litigation, from early case assessment and strategic motion practice to discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and appeals.

In addition to her healthcare-focused work, Benita has a broad litigation background that includes employment law, insurance defense, intellectual property disputes, construction defect claims, and premises liability matters.
